Day 1

Arriving at Rabbit Resort, Pattaya, Thailand

The award-winning Rabbit Resort is best described as a historic Thai village located on the luxury Dongtan Beach in Pattaya. The 49 Thai Beach Villas feature one and two stories and boasts Thai ambiance using reclaimed wood and lush tropical gardens set within a beautiful forest.

In the afternoon

  • Orientation
  • Giving a brief about the trip, Things to do and not in Thailand.
  • Photography compositions and spots presentation

These sessions will be arranged by ThailandPhotography.com Team consisting of renowned award-winning photographers and some national juries who have many year experiences in Thai culture and art photography fields.

Day 2

08.30am – Arriving at Nakorn Sri Thammarat Airport

09.00am – Breakfast Time

10.30am – Nang Talung (Shadow play) house of Suchat Sapsin. Nang Talung is a folk shadow puppet spectacle of the southern region of Thailand. Photographing Shadow play-making demonstrations and complete performances.

12.00pm – Lunch Time

13.30pm – Shooting models dressed in traditional Nakorn Sri Thammarat costumes at famous landmarks around the town. Private tram riding service included.

15.30pm – Famous Southern flat bread for a break.

16.30pm – Arriving at Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan, the main Buddhist temple of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.  Photographing Hae Pha Khuen Phrathat (Monk and villagers carrying long yellow fabric above their head and walking around the main pagoda in the temple.) and Tradition Narisinakorn Dancing In the Twilight.

20.00pm – Dinner Time

21.30pm – Arriving at the Hotel

Day 3

04.30am – Leaving the hotel

05.00am – Arriving at Sunrise Bay and photographing local fishermen’s activities plus traditional kite making scenes.

08.00am – Breakfast time

09.30am – Photographing Muslim students at local Pondok School.

12.00pm – Lunch Time

13.30pm – Photographing Manorah, a traditional dance of southern Thailand. Making up and dressing up of Manorah performers. Manorah dance

16.30pm – Photographing muslim people with their fighting cocks.

18.00pm – Dinner Time

20.30pm – Arriving at the Hotel

Day 4

05.00am – Photographing local fishermen’s activities

07.30am – Breakfast Time

08.30am – Photographing Traditional Brick Making by local villagers

11.00am  – Back to the hotel to check out

12.00pm – Lunch Time

13.30pm – Leaving for Thale Noi Waterfowl Reserve, Pattalung Province. Enjoy photographing many local plants, such as lotus, bulrush, reed, and grasses used for thatching. More than 180 species of waterfowl, migratory birds, and indigenous birds make their home at Thale Noi. Photographing Water buffaloes at Thale Noi wetlands.

18.30pm – Dinner Time

19.30pm – Arriving at the Hotel

Day 5

03.00am – Night Sky Photography.

05.30am – Photographing uniquely stunning morning shots of gigantic fish lift nets at klong Pak Pra

08.00am – Breakfast Time

09.00am – Checking out and leaving for Nakorn Sri Thammarat Province

12.00pm – Lunch Time

13.00pm – Leaving for Bangkok airport and Rabbit Resort, Pattaya

Post Training and Trip Photo Contest at the late afternoon and in the evening.

  • Photo review and comment (Portfolio Review)
  • Photo Contest
